the role of a design partner
We’re looking for design partners for our Valkyrie Automated Security platform. We’ve been working to launch Valkyrie, and we’re so excited to finally bring it to market!
What is the role of a design partner?
A design partner is an early adopter of a new product. They will become a power user and advisor to the company. The feedback provided at this early stage will help to guide further product development, and create a truly user-designed product.
What’s in it for you?
The concept of being a design partner could be scary – you’re bringing on a product that isn’t fully baked. While that can be true, we take our product and it’s role in keeping your organization protected very seriously. We’ve designed a “minimum viable product,” or MVP. Here are some benefits to being a design partner:
- Direct access to leadership, development and product teams
- Opportunity to drive the product roadmap
- A nimble and adaptable product that works the way you need it to
- Early access to emerging technology
What’s in it for us?
As a company, we’ll get real-time feedback from our users on what’s working and what isn’t. We’ve never been in the role of our end-users, so it’s so valuable to receive this feedback. Unlike a lot of feedback, we actually want to hear it, and will act on it. Our design partners will have a direct line to our team and help drive our product roadmap moving forward.
- Real customer feedback
- A user-centric approach to development
- A community of power users
The feedback provided by our design partners will provide invaluable insights into our product roadmap moving forward, and help us to continue designing a product that’s useful for our customers.
